It’s HANDS ON.

I provide skills training such as shooting, dribbling, passing, etc. as well as conditioning and the mental aspects of the game. I also offer one on one coaching where I can provide individual feedback.

  • I want the kids to ‘figure’ out what to do in a game like setting, which is the ultimate goal
  • I also incorporate Defensive skills. Not as ‘sexy’ as offense, but will get you and keep you on the floor.
  • I do like to discuss anything specific you may like to concentrate on but my goal is that kids have a well-rounded game that allows them to compete in any situation against all competition.
